Faith is a Registered Community Health Nurse and is the current Team leader to Kwanza outreach team in Kwanza sub-county, Tranzoia.

This team visits five outreach clinics sites per week to offer Curative, Preventive and promotive health services.

The main objective is to create sustainable community health programs supported by the community.

The tranzoia team is made up of several members who do community outreach throught the sub-county helping the impoverished communities achieve their goals and creat sustainable living conditions.
