Mr Oruko is the Chairpeson to the Board of Community Nursing Services.

Mr. Oruko has a lot of experience in the administrative field from his professional background as a teacher and a principal to a secondary school.

He is a holder Bachelors of Arts Degree, ICT integration in education management, trauma management and adolescent reproductive health.
