Through Healthcare Workers Training, we aim to oversee quality improvement team at the Sub County hospital to oversee the identification, planning, implementation and sustainability of quality improvement process leading to quality and holistic care.
Main approaches:
(a) Formation and capacity building quality improvement teams.
(b) Continuous Medical Education/organized workshops.
(c) On job training.
