1.Our community is still behind in terms of education, so I encourage those who drop out of school due to different reasons to go back to school, encourage teens in schools to continue with education and parents to send their children to school, for brighter future. Changing their lives encourages me a lot.
2.Seeing people changing from harmful practices to good and know their rights and fight for them .eg women have known their rights and some now can speak before men, women can be chosen as leaders e.g. village elders, treasurers in schools and can be able to make decisions in the family and some spouse can listen to them gives me hope about the change project I’m doing.
What motivates me to work with community nursing services?
1.Financial support from the office during agreed activity, full support is given and guidance from coordinators where you don’t understand in our work.
