In the quiet hills of Kacheliba, a sanitation revolution is taking shape. The Kodulem community — once with only 12 toilets among 413 homes — is now building its way to change. From village meetings to simple, hand-dug latrines, hope is rising one household at a time. With each new toilet, Kodulem moves closer to becoming Open Defecation Free — and to proving that lasting change begins within.

In a refreshing twist, our team took the quarterly review meeting to the heart of North Pokot — Akiriamet. Away from boardrooms and hotels, staff bonded over a campfire, goat roasting, and honest reflection on July–September activities. The open skies inspired open minds — and a renewed sense of purpose.
