1ST CAMPAIGN

  • In 2020 Oct /November we did a small jigger campaign in this same community which had a target of 118 but we had a turn up of 132 indicating a greater need than we expected. This necessitated another campaign to ensure the community has fully benefited in the eradication of jiggers.
  • With the help of volunteers, field officer and the area CHEW we were able to gather and verify data on the number of jiggers’ cases in the affected villages and planned for another campaign.
