Breaking the Routine: A Quarter Review in the Heart of North Pokot.

Taking Reflection Off the Beaten Path:

(Akiriamet, North Pokot – October 10, 2025)

Who said review meetings should only happen in big hotels and conference rooms? This time, our team decided to do things differently — venturing into the heart of North Pokot, in the peaceful village of Akiriamet, for our Quarterly Review Meeting (July–September 2025).

The calm hills of Akiriamet welcoming the team for a one-of-a-kind review meeting.

The Eve That Sparked Connection.

On the night before the review, the team gathered around a glowing campfire, roasting goat meat, sharing stories, and laughter that echoed into the night. It was a time to unwind, bond, and celebrate one another — a reminder that strong teams are built not just in offices, but in moments of joy and simplicity.

A campfire night full of laughter, warmth, and togetherness.

A Review with Purpose

The following morning, under the cool mountain breeze, the team got to work. Field officers, coordinators, and jeepline team shared field experiences — their triumphs, challenges, and creative solutions that made the quarter a success.

Together, the team reflected on key outcomes, discussed areas of improvement, and mapped out priorities for the next phase. Every idea mattered, every story inspired.

Team discussions in full swing — where ideas meet inspiration.

A Takeaway Beyond Numbers

As the meeting came to a close, the golden sunset over Akiriamet seemed to whisper a quiet truth:
“Purpose, passion, and people — that’s all you need for growth.”

The team left rejuvenated, inspired, and united — carrying lessons from the hills of Pokot back into their daily work and the communities they serve.

As the sun sets, the spirit of teamwork rises higher.

Indeed, this quarter’s review proved that the best ideas are born not in boardrooms, but around campfires — under open skies, beside teammates who share a vision, a laugh, and a dream.
