“When we stand up for our girls today, we shape a stronger and brighter tomorrow.”
The Stop Teenage Pregnancy Project is a community-based campaign dedicated to ending teenage pregnancies, preventing early child marriages, and promoting girl-child education. The initiative recognizes that empowering adolescents with knowledge and confidence is key to breaking cycles of poverty and lost potential.

Through this campaign, teens from selected schools were trained and equipped as peer-to-peer educators. These young leaders are now using their voices and influence to reach fellow students both in school and at home. By sharing accurate information, mentorship, and real-life experiences, they are helping their peers make informed decisions and embrace education as a path to a brighter future.

Beyond the school environment, the peer educators extend their impact during holidays — visiting schools, churches, and community gatherings to raise awareness and spark open conversations on issues affecting young people. Their involvement not only enhances community understanding but also encourages parents, leaders, and teachers to join hands in protecting and nurturing the potential of every girl and boy.
